Gotz Mohindra OBE
Founder & Chairman
Gotz earned an honours degree in Economics from the London School of Economics, where he also served as a governor of the university. He began his career in Leveraged Finance at UBS Warburg, founded a commodity trading company and went on to become a professional property investor.
He chaired Westminster Council’s Planning Committee and served on the board of the Conservative Party as compliance officer and Chairman of its Risk and Governance Committee. He was appointed OBE in the 2022 New Year Honours for services to politics.
Henry Lloyd Brett
Underwriter
Henry holds a first-class honours degree in Economics, Finance and Banking. He started in real estate finance at a boutique lender, including a year as Loan Monitoring Officer covering portfolio oversight and risk identification, before moving into underwriting.
At Berkeley Credit he underwrites each case on the strength of the asset and the exit.
Cleo Anne Mackstaller
Business Development Executive
Cleo works across deal origination, risk assessment and relationship management in UK bridging and real estate lending.
She looks after Berkeley Credit’s relationships with brokers, investors and property professionals, and is often the first person a broker speaks to about a new case.
